A New Day At . . .

Can Too Center
                       A Silent Epidemic?

         SEE NO...
HEAR NO...
  SPEAK NO

Yes, domestic violence is a known epidemic.  With each generation,
the number of incidences of domestic crimes increases.  Therefore, every
result of this abusive behavior increases.

Domestic violence crimes may well be the most family damaging,
unrecognized, ignored and denied social misconduct of our time.

When you look at only one of the national statistics, "that 80% of
violent juvenile and adult prisoners were raised in violent homes".  It
makes it clear that breaking the domestic violent crime cycle could
achieve much.

It could reduce the number of incarcerated individuals, crimes
committed, the number of victims of crimes, expenses paid to
incarcerate and maintain as well as other issues that are too
numerous to list.

It is our belief that ending the cycle of domestic and family
violent crimes will have more impact than any other change to fight
our social issues or community problems.

Our current laws and "legal game" is behaving in a very wimpy
and passive manner in half-hearted attempts to acknowledge and
solve the serious problem of epidemic proportions.

We feel that the planned efforts of Can Too Center, Inc., will
make dramatic changes in the direction of solving the issues and
results from the crime of domestic violence.  And we need you support
 in this endeavor.
